Install the downloaded screen saver by double-clicking on its icon. Windows screen savers will install automatically; Macintosh users can easily install the screen saver by following the instructions in the 'Read Me' file.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DOWNLOAD, INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE SCREENSAVER ("Terms and Conditions")

This is a legal agreement between you (referred to in this agreement as "You" or "Your") and Penguin Books Limited ("Penguin"). BY CLICKING ON THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON, INSTALLIING OR OTHERWISE MAKING USE OF THE SCREENSAVER (which shall be referred to as the "Software", throughout these Terms and Conditions) YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE SO BOUND DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE.

Licence: Penguin grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use one copy of the Software. The term Software includes all aspects of the screensaver, including without limitation its technical capabilities, code, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, content or material. You may only use one copy of the Software, however you may make one back-up copy, provided that such copy shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. You may only use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, alter or make any changes to the Software or any party of it. You may not loan, rent, lease or license (whether for a fee or otherwise), or make available to others the Software or any copy of it. Requests to republish any of the material included in the Software should be made to the Permissions Department. Please contact adultpermissions@penguin.co.uk.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights: All intellectual property rights in the Software are owned by Penguin (or its licensors) and are protected by UK copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable national laws. The Penguin and Puffin logos are registered trademarks.

Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liability: The Software is provided "AS IS" and your use the Software is at your own risk. The Software may contain significant or insignificant program errors, bugs and viruses, which may cause an operational interruption to your computer system. You must screen the Software for viruses before downloading to your computer. Except to the extent that such terms cannot be limited or excluded by law, no conditions, warranties, representations or other terms, whether express or implied shall apply with respect to the Software.

Except to the extent permitted by law, Penguin disclaims all liability (howsoever arising) in connection with any loss, damage and/or expense arising out of or in connection with downloading, installation or use of, or inability to use the Software. In particular and without limitation to the generality of the above, Penguin shall not be liable for any: loss of use of or damage to a computer equipment, software or data; any financial loss; indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.

Termination: Your licence to use any copy of the Software may be terminated by Penguin at any time with one days notice. Your licence automatically terminates if You do not comply with any provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination of the licence you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession. Penguin may discontinue the provision of the Software at any time.

Entire agreement, applicable law and jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions applicable to use of the UK Penguin Classics website (www.penguinclassics.co.uk). These Terms and Conditions are the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the User and Penguin with respect to the Software. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
